Défi Entreprises is a 3-month participatory program whose mission is to promote healthy lifestyle habits in the workplace.
During this period, we provide you with training programs and videos as well as health advice. These three months of training end with a unifying event offering different activities and taking place in different cities in Quebec.
The objective of the event is to bring you together with your colleagues to allow you to build relationships and practice physical activity in an inclusive and positive setting.

Unifying event in your region!
The Défi Entreprises is present in four cities in Quebec, namely:
- Montreal;
- Quebec;
- Three-Rivers;
- Gatineau / Ottawa
Once you have completed your challenge, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a snack and enjoy the activities on the site.
This way, you will be able to meet up with your colleagues in a friendly atmosphere! It's the perfect time to bond with colleagues you see less often, in a positive context full of endorphins!
Inclusive challenges!
The Business Challenge offers you different activities:
- Running/walking 5 or 10 km;
- 45 minutes of Zumba;
- 45 minutes of cardio training;
- 45 minutes of yoga.
This way, you can find the challenge that suits you best. In addition, you can complete several challenges if the schedule allows.
Most walking and running routes are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Moreover, their companions can register for free.
Turnkey preparation
In order to best prepare you for your challenge, a 12-week program is offered to you. This participatory health program:
- Promotes the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits
- Strengthen social relationships in the professional environment
- Increases self-confidence and motivation of participants
In this program, you can select the activity as well as your level of practice. You will be supported throughout your preparation period and you will be able to enjoy the moment 100%!
Less stress for you!
Reimbursement of registration fees is possible up to 30 days before the event. Up to 15 days before the event, we offer the possibility of transferring your registration to another person. Your registration is therefore risk-free!
In addition, you do not have to travel to pick up your participant envelope, it will be delivered directly to your home!
