As the Business Challenge aims to reward collective efforts, most of the trophies are awarded to companies and not to individuals. Here are the different trophies that can be won:
1. Most active companies
In each city, the trophy of theMost active company will be awarded to the three organizations that obtained the highest average points per person on the application. Note: Minimum of 10 participants. An industry ranking will also be available to compare your performance with your peers.
2. Fastest companies
This trophy rewards athletic performance. For each day of the event, the three fastest companies will be awarded prizes according to a ranking system:
- The principle: Each runner scores points corresponding to their finishing position (e.g., 1st scores 1 point, 12th scores 12 points).
- The calculation: The company's final score is the sum of its rankings. 5 best participants (men and women combined). The company with the lowest total points wins.
Example calculation for company ABC:
- 5th man: 5 pts
- 12th man: 12 pts
- 3th woman: 3 pts
- 6th woman: 6 pts
- 28th woman: 28 pts
- Total: 44 points
3. Most generous companies
Solidarity is at the heart of the challenge. In each city, a trophy will be awarded to the three companies that have collected the most donations (funds raised).
