Le Leaders Challenge aims to recognize business leaders who are actively committed to the well-being and health of their organization. According to the Healthy Business Group, management commitment is one of the essential pillars of a corporate culture focused on health and well-being.
For us, a healthy leader is the first step towards a more balanced company. Through this challenge, we want to highlight examples of balanced leaders, who place the performance and health of their organization at the same level of importance.
What does this imply?
- Registration and donation : The cost of registering for the Leaders Challenge is the same as for the classic Business Challenge. However, a donation of $100 is required, paid in full to the beneficiary foundation of the Business Challenge.
- Special classification : A ranking dedicated to leaders will be published, offering participants the opportunity to show their competitive spirit in a healthy and motivating context.
- Visibility on social networks : Each registered manager will be published as a “story” on our Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin pages, with a mention of their company.
