WHERE IS IT?
Entourage sur le Lac, 99 Chem. du Tour-du-Lac, Lac-Beauport, QC G3B 2R3, on the other hand, it will not be possible to park on site.

Parking
Event parking is at Le Relais ski center located at 1084 Bd du Lac, Lac-Beauport, QC G3B 2P9. You will have the choice of going to the event on foot (1,4 km) or by shuttle which will operate from 7 a.m. to 13 p.m.
2024 SCHEDULE
Sunday October 20:
7 a.m.: opening of the site to business managers
7:30 a.m.: opening of the site to participants
8:30 a.m.: start of the 6 km, walking or running
8:45 am : beginning of the delivery of post-race snacks and medals
10 a.m.: end of the event and word of thanks

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
DELIVERY OF BIBS AND SWEATERS
All envelopes for participants registered for the Virtual Package will be sent by regular mail, without a tracking number. Participants in the Experience Package will be able to collect their bib on site, by post or at their company, depending on the company's choice.
Accessibility
The Fall Business Challenge takes place on the road, on a relatively difficult route due to the slopes, which may not be passable by wheelchair.
ACCOMPANIERS
We encourage people who need a support person to register for the Business Challenge. These participants can register a guide at no additional cost. The guide must be found by the person with a disability. Walking and running are the only means of transport authorized on the course for chaperones. CLOAKROOM
There will be cloakroom service on site, but use a small bag to make it easier to manage.
FIELD
The tests are done on the road. For participant safety, wearing headphones is not recommended.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be two aid stations for the 6 km.. We strongly encourage participants to bring their water bottle.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted on the course with the exception of service animals.
SAFETY TIPS
- If you see a participant in need, help them and notify an organization official;
- If you feel unwell or unwell, walk slowly and tell a participant/volunteer near you.
TRAFFIC
Automobile traffic will be possible in a counterclockwise direction around Lac Beauport. The lane closest to the lake, the one that runs clockwise, will be reserved for runners.
CHILDREN AND STROLLERS
Children 14 and under who wish to accompany their parent can do so for free, but will not receive the rewards (bib, medal, lunch, etc.). No need to register them online.
Children 14 and under who wish to receive the same services as participants must register online under your company.
Strollers are allowed.
ACCOMPANIERS
Your family members or friends can sign up to complete the Challenge with you. You must register them online as an "accompanying person" under your company.
