We created the Business Challenge because we are convinced of one thing: physical activity is good for physical and mental health. For 10 years, we have helped more than 100 participants to increase the amount of physical activity they do, thanks to our program!
WHAT IS A FINANCIAL FORECAST ?
For 3 months, we provide you with tools for training, such as workout plans, home workout videos, and health tips
You have access to a web platform which allows you to accumulate your minutes of physical activity and you are challenged to accumulate more minutes per participant than other companies
We ship to your home or workplace a kit containing your bib, a t-shirt and a medal
We end it all with Event, in which you participate virtually or face-to-face, depending on the package you have chosen.
WHO IS IT FOR ?
If your company is registered, you are invited to register! If not, here is a good opportunity to present the project to your human resources manager. To do this, you can use our presentation document.
WHAT DOES IT COMMIT TO?
We suggest that you make a commitment to yourself by setting a goal that is important to you. For our part, we suggest that participants make a commitment to themselves to do 100 minutes of physical activity per week and take up the Final Challenge!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. You register;
2. From March 20, 2023, date of the start of the training period, you will receive a weekly email summarizing the training to be done for the week and you will be able to accumulate your minutes of physical activity;
3. About 1 week before the final Challenge, you will receive your participant's kit, at your home or business;
4. In May or June, you participate in the final event depending on the package and the city chosen.
WHERE IS IT?
The entire preparation period takes place remotely. Businesses from across Canada can participate. Entrants outside of Canada may enter. However, we must send their envelope to a Canadian address, which can then be forwarded.
The final event takes place 100% online for participants of the Virtual Package while the On-Site Package ends with an event in the following cities: Quebec, Montreal, Trois-Rivières, Gatineau/Ottawa and Saguenay.

Return Policy
Your registration is 100% exchangeable / transferable / refundable up to 27 days before the event. Once the kit has been sent, the registration is no longer refundable, but it is possible to transfer your registration to another person. To do so, please use the button for this purpose on Breed Roster.

NEWSLETTERS
You will receive a weekly email during the three months of the Business Challenge including a word of encouragement to maintain your level of motivation, important information about the event and advice of all kinds in several forms.
TRAINING PROGRAM
You will receive seven training plan levels for both walkers and runners. These plans include warm-up, practice and cool-down details. The program also includes muscle building videos as well as online Zumba videos.
WORKOUT VIDEOS
You will have access to 48 workouts filmed specifically for you!
ACCOMPANIERS, CHILDREN AND ANIMALS (Experience Package)
Your family members or friends can sign up to complete the Challenge with you. You must register them online as a "guide" under your company.
Children 14 and under who wish to accompany their parent, without rewards (bib, t-shirt, medal, lunch) can do so. It's free for them, so they don't have to register online.
Children 14 and under who wish to receive the same services as participants must register online as an “accompanying person” under your company.
Strollers are allowed on the course. However, we ask you to be courteous with the other participants.
Animals are not permitted on the course with the exception of service animals.
