Modification to registration
Is it possible to change the event (5 or 10 km)?
On the day of the event, you can freely choose the distance you wish to cover, directly on the starting line.
Thanks to the chip integrated into your bib, your time and distance will be recorded automatically, allowing you to accurately monitor your performance.
All you have to do now is get ready and enjoy the event to the fullest!
How do I change my registration category? (Minor to adult, virtual to in-person, etc.)
You can write to us at info@defientreprises.com and someone will contact you to confirm the change and adjust the price difference between the registrations.
Quebec – How do I change the date of my participation?
To change your registration from Saturday to Sunday, you can write to us at info@defientreprises.com and someone will contact you to assist you.
Can I exchange my t-shirt on site?
Subject to stock availability. Exchanges may not be possible for certain sizes.

What should I do if I forgot to enter my promo code when registering?

Petit Bambou Code: I haven't received a code 24 hours after completing the form.

Refund
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
Yes, it is possible to get a refund up to 30 days before the event. You can contact us at info@defientreprises.com.
Within the 30-day period, is it still possible to get a refund?
Unfortunately, cancellations, regardless of the reason, cannot be accepted after 30 days of the event due to the procedures already underway. Since the jerseys and medals are already produced, and the participant kits are sent out during the month preceding the event, it is impossible for us to cancel at this time.
However, it is possible to transfer your registration to another person.

Who sets up the ordered tents/tables/chairs?
The Groupe Défis team will take care of installing the equipment you have ordered.
Can we have a BBQ on site?
Yes, but only in the space reserved for your business and you must have a fire extinguisher with you at your kiosk.
