3. Plan the Challenge day
The big day has arrived! Don't worry, everything has been designed to facilitate your process of participating in the Challenge.
Each company has a space reserved for its name. You can find yours by consulting the letter-sized laminated posters that will be affixed to it.
To make your booth more inviting, don’t hesitate to include banners, a corporate tent, tables, chairs, etc. The more animated it is, the quicker your participants will find it.
If you wish to rent certain equipment such as event furniture (tables, chairs), marquees or purchase snacks for your employees, we advise you to do so from our partner companies. Your reservation must be made 2 weeks before the event: here.
Your business booth
Each company is allocated a space bearing its name which it can arrange according to its tastes.
Those with fewer than 50 participants will be entitled to a location measuring 10 feet by 10 feet and those with 50 or more participants, a location measuring 10 feet by 20 feet.
To help you plan your booth setup, here is a list of what you can bring or rent, depending on your needs:
- Tent 10 feet by 10 feet;
- Tables;
- chairs;
- Snacks to distribute before the event (post-event snack for all participants is included in your package)
To rent or buy equipment, go to the page Services.
What your location does not include:
- Electricity;
- Running water (most event sites have a running water source near the information booth);
We suggest that you do not bring any devices to play music so that participants can clearly hear the instructions that will be given over the microphone.
Here are the options available to you for your corporate kiosk:

Rent a non-literate tent from Défi Entreprises. To do this, use the services page.

Not having a tent at your marquee. You will still have the poster that will bring your business together.

Bring your own corporate tent. This will help your employees find each other.

Animate your booth
You can animate your booth as you want. You can hand out your company's promotional items, distribute snacks or prepare encouragement posters.
