The Défi Entreprises program gives you a program structured, turnkey and led by a team of professionals. You will also receive tools for promote within your company. In addition, since the program ends with a unifying event, it is mobilizing and safe for your teams!
In short
The Business Challenge is a unique opportunity to bring employees together around a common goal: to improve health in companies. Through training programs, video clips and advice, participants train for 12 weeks to meet one or more of the following challenges:
- 5 km OR 10 km / walking or running;
- 45 min from Cardio-muscle training / circuit of different bodybuilding exercises;
- 45 min from Zumba;
- 45 min from Yoga.
