Who are they ?
«Prevent psychological distress in young people, it is to contribute directly to a better future for all.»
The mission of the Fondation Jeunes en Tête is to prevent the psychological distress of young people aged 11 to 18 in Quebec. This distress is at the heart of most problems experienced in adolescence. It is linked, among other things, to mental health problems, bullying, substance abuse and dropping out of school.
The earlier young people are made aware of mental health issues, the better their chances of accessing appropriate care.
Through workshops, video testimonials, tools and supporting organizations, this foundation helps to help Quebec teenagers. Here are some examples of the many projects of the Fondation Jeunes en Tête:
The “Basics of Mental Health” workshops
This new workshop is intended for students from 1st to 2nd secondary. Its goal is to provide teenagers with the keys to healthy mental health.
To ensure high quality content presented in this workshop, it was developed with a committee of experts led by Dr. Benoit, MD expert psychiatrist (Clinical Expertise NeuroScience)
Kits for Adults, Youth and School
These kits provide parents, young people and school staff with all the tools they need to manage psychological distress in any situation. Whether they want to learn more, know how to differentiate emotions or introduce mental health into an establishment, these kits are the keys to the good psychological development of each other.

Urban artist the sums raised will be used to finance the workshops The Basics of Mental Health offered to secondary 1 and 2 students. This funding will help meet even more young people!
